    It is a known issue but the fix is not known yet ...
    so the turn around - possible to play on phone device is where it does not have road block. 
    Else can try to clean rancid level 1356 with 2*?

    The studio is looking into the Roadblock issues that are affecting a small % of players but we just don't have a fix to this issue.
