@pratetgirl53 I haven´t seen any that say that only one booster are locked. When players have reported problems it have been for all.
Don´t remember what level you start to have color collector. I guess you have reached that level but ask what level you on. Do you play on computer or mobile/tablet. If you play on computer do you play on king.com or facebook. And is it possible for you to take a screenshot how it looks for you. If you not sure how to do that. Click on the green link and chose your device. You can also change language if english not yours.

Hi @pratetgirl53 and welcome to our friendly forums. To unlock that booster, you need to complete Level 23. If you have already completed level 23, then try it again. If you still have no luck, save your progress, log out and shut down the device. Restart the device and open the app. Do not log in yet. Then play from level one until you have finished level 23. Then log back in and see if it is still locked or not.
