Bonnie booster has disappeared

my Bonnie booster has disappeared, I’ve been on the highest booster for a while now a it’s completely gone and didn't' come back with the new levels started 3133

why did this happen? When might it come back again ?

Hi @Doris_Koch I hope you are enjoying your time in our Farmtastic King Community! As you are aware - when Bonnie's timer runs out she usually disappears for a day or two. However this is the longest she has been gone (going on 3 days now) that I remember in recent history. Hopefully she will return soon, but I will also ask the CM and let you know what she says.

I have forwarded the screenshots to the CM who will pass them onto the studio. I will let you know @caambuj and @Doris_Koch what they say. At least you both have her. She is still absent for me - hopefully she will show up on Monday. I hope you both have a great weekend! 😊🐨

Welcome to our beautiful community.

I understand your problem bcz I faced the same situation.

You have to sacrifice honey bee event for once. When your team wouldn't get 400 stars in due time, your team will changed automatically.

I know its not beneficial bcz you will loose additional +1 in the next event but your teammate shall be changed and may be you will team up with some active players which is good in the long run.

I did the same and now my teammates are supporting me a bit more resulting less effort required to clear the event and I have +1 benefit also.

You are a great player and hope you will team up with some active players in the new team😊.

Hello @Doris_Koch and congratulations for getting the queen bee. I haven’t had her in awhile. I found they had switched Bonnie up starting a few weeks ago so I only get her for 3 days including the weekend. Has she not shown up at all? I’ll be glad to ask the CM about her and see what she says. 😊

The same problem is here also. Bonnie booster has been disappeared for atleast 4 days to me. Eagerly waiting for that to complete honey harvest event.

Hello @Doris_Koch and @caambuj - the studio has a new schedule for Bonnie and players will be in one of two groups.

Thursday 10 am (probably CET) - Mon 10 am (CET) - @caambuj you and I are in this group so you should see Bonnie today.

Mon 10 am (CET) - Fri 10 am (CET)

I'm not sure which group you will be in @Doris_Koch because the CM didn't see your game ID when she checked earlier, but if you don't see Bonnie today - then you must be in the Mon-Fri group.

Yes! You are right! Bonnie usually runs for 120 hours!

I am guessing that you are seeing less hours only because she decided to appear late in your game!! That is what happens in my game too 😮

She runs with the same timer for all the players, but we miss out on some (or more) hours, because she pops up late in our game.

Did I make sense to explain it?

@Doris_Koch - Currently she is running for 4 days as I posted above and you will be in one of the two groups. I believe the start time is in Central European Time so if you live in the US - the event will have been live for several hours by the time you wake up.

Well at least you have Bonnie @caambuj - she still hasn't made an appearance in my game. Can you please post a screenshot of her and her countdown - so I can pass it to the CM? If she showed up today - then you should have her thru Sunday and she will disappear (for several days) by 1000 CET Monday morning.

Its realy sad that she didn't appear in your game till now☹.

Earlier she was appearing for more than 120 hours ( Didn't noticed actual period) and countdown shows in hours n minutes but now it shows in absolute days. Here is the screenshots for reference:-
