The game is fun, but as the levels get harder, it would be nice to take advantage of the free lives offer.

Lucky you...I haven't got any lives. It says it is supposed to be for 1 week.

You all should be able to use the unlimited lives... Make sure you that you have the latest update available - Also, note that, due to technical reasons, if you play on your computer via Facebook or king.com, then the lives don't work. It's available from your mobile or the Windows 10 App.

Important:

• Update to the latest version of the game needed.
• The Unlimited Lives offer is available to those who play on mobile devices and Win10 PC via the official app
• The Unlimited Lives are accessible only on one device, if you have two devices connected to the same game profile.
• You can enjoy the Unlimited Lives offer while playing offline, but will need to connect to receive them.
• If you’re a new player, Unlimited Lives will begin on the 2nd day of gameplay.
• The Unlimited Lives offer is valid only for players who have been active in the past 365 days.

I reset the Win10 App completely, and I still do not get the unlimited lives :(

You're supposed to get 24 hours a day, so everyday you get a pop up in the game letting you know they have been added.

I am playing on a PC and I find it irritating that I cannot get free lives while those playing on whatever get them.

1420204877 is my game ID, copied from Facebook, however as stated I play on a PC, Win10 App

When I follow your instructions for finding my ID I get this: 1141679397 - this one is probably the one you are looking for....
