To save your game progress you need to make sure the game app has been connected to your Facebook or King account.

However, I am afraid we are only able to provide support when it comes to issues with the game and not how to save apps to an SD card as that you will need to check with the manufacture of the device you are using.

Have you tried to Google how to do this?

I used to have an SD card that I have added to one of my old phones. And it was not possible to save any of my King games to that SD card. It was few years ago, and I wanted to increase the memory space on my phone. But having a SD card did not help the purpose at all!!
