Hi
Please, I need urgent help. I cannot play my most favorite game like I want. Yesterday I saw Rancid's lair is up, but then it disappeared. So I looked for an update, but there was none. I then cleared the cache and still nothing. Next step: Force Stop. Did not work. Last resort, uninstall. Nope, no, nothing, nada 😥

First of all, are you logged into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account?
Here is a trick that I followed couple of times, but not always! It might work with only Kingdom account AND not so sure with Facebook account (fingers crossed)...
Log out of the game -- Close the App -- Clear Cache / Cookies -- Turn off your device for 30 minutes -- Log back in and connect to WiFi -- Open the App and log in through Kingdom account. The Rancid Lair will pop-up.
Sometimes, you might have to follow these steps 2-3 times for it to work. But, again it is just sheer luck that it works and I am not sure about the technical reasons behind it!
If it does work, I am sure you would be the happiest person with the game 😄
NOTE: Once the event appears, do not log out of the game and/or turn off your device. It does affect the event and will disappear again!
Oh! If you play on multiple devices, make sure that the game is not open in any of those devices.
