game crashes while I had bought and used gold bars:-(

I play in level 432 via Facebook and bought gold bars for the first time because I can't get any further in a certain level. I needed one more turn to finish the level and had 3 more turns to go when the game suddenly stopped responding. Lost a total of 20 gold bars (1x 5 and then 15) and has to start again without gold bars. Or I have to buy again with the risk that the weather is for nothing and I think that's a waste of my money!

This is what you can do. Since the purchase was made through Facebook's payment system, you need to dispute the purchase.

Visit this page which is the Support page from Facebook. Follow the guide and they should be to refund you back the money you spend.

Now as for the game, suddenly stopping, to make sure this doesn't keep happening, try clearing the cache or switch browser and make sure you don't have too many tabs running at the same time and see if that helps.
