What happened to my reward for 7 consecutive days of playing?

My reward was x3 collector cat but when I went back they were not there. I did not use them as I had used all my lives prior to receiving the reward. This is not the first time this has happened.

Can u screenshot ur booster? I think u r meaning the collector booster? Is it?

I am sorry to say that I am a bit confused with your question! Can you please clarify a bit more for me?

1) Are you not able to collect the 7th day booster, even-though, you have logged into the game everyday? And the day went to day 1?

OR

2) Those boosters that you have collected are missing from your stored ones? If this is the case, is it happening only with the "Hunter" booster OR did it happen to other boosters too?

Can you please clarify this for me and we will go from there?
