If you click on the gold bars, you can buy. Do you have a piggy bank in the game? If yes and you collect until it is full, you can also buy it. Good luck

Yes i have piggybank and it's already full but i can't buy it , i always sows connection lost or it coms on home screen

Check your internet or wifi connection. Check app update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after turning on> Open game and sign in. Please update your game and clear the cache and open loot.

Hi Patty, if you have tried these steps: check internet connectivity, log out app game and acc, clear device cache (not data), shutdown device (wait for at least 10 seconds before turn on), log back into app game and acc and check piggy bank, go to shop or click on gold bar icon.
If the above still doesn't work, please ensure that your device have enough memory space because insufficient memory/storage space will cause certain apps to function improperly.
Hence, please check your phone storage. If it's limited, please clear some unwanted/unused apps to make some space.
Please try again and I hope this time it will work for you. Otherwise, you can try to farm for gold bars in challenges, events or races.
