daily gifts

When the design change took over, the daily gifts were displayed when the game first opened. Then it changed and the gifts were displayed at the end of each game. Now, I do not get the daily gifts at all. Even my honey pot disappeared and was restarted last game. What has happened? I am at level 639.

If you don't mind, I need few clarifications and also some details please....

Clarifications I need::

1) When you said "Daily Gifts" -- you were addressing the "Daily Bonus" pop-up window, where we collect Booster(s) everyday, right?

2) What did you mean by the gifts are displayed at the end of each game (I am guessing you are talking about each "Level")? Are the gifts that are appearing -- are those the Daily Bonus boosters or something else? Do you have a screenshot to show me?

3) The "Honey Pot" event disappeared, understood that part. But, what do you mean by "was restarted last game"? Can you please explain that too? Did you mean that the feature was missing when you were in the middle and reappeared again but all your points became zero?

Now to the details I need from you

1) Which device are you using?

2) If using a mobile device, what version do you have right now?

3) Have you tried any trouble-shooting steps? If not, please try to clear cache / cookies, browsing history, etc (depending on the device you are using.
