Lost boosters when changing device!
I turn to you with the problem that my big favorite game is Farm Heroes Saga. I've been playing with it for years. With quite a nice result as my time allows. I nicely gathered a lot of help on my old phone which was also due to my patience. Unfortunately, I had to buy a new device. I downloaded the game from the track and a few things match. But I didn't get the help. Which is very annoying because that's how my mood went away after so much patient and a lot of playing time. I hope they can help me.

I'm so sorry that you have an issue with your game, but there some events that your boosters cannot be recovered:
when you change your device, all the boosters unfortunately cannot be transferred. Can I suggest to play with your old device and the new one until you have finished all the boosters.

Hi and welcome to the community.
Its very unfortunate. But boosters are stored on the device memory and not in the game application so that we can even use them if we are playing offline. Thats why whenever we change our device or reinstall the game application we will lose all boosters and lives.
And they are not recoverable. But if you have any purchased boosters i will suggest you to please contact player support directly from your game and they have your full purchase history. I hope they will take a positive action in your favour.

⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall any King's Game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

Understood that you have to buy a new phone and you have not received "help" or boosters in your game. As mentioned by our fellow Game Expert, the boosters are stored locally in the device and not the game server. So when you install the game in any new device, you will start with Zero Boosters but you may unlock farm friends throughout the game.
I would also suggest the same as Encantes, i.e. to play the game in your old device, if your device is still workable, you only need to connect to internet to play and no sim card is needed. Use your booster to help you level up. Once all your boosters have been used up, you can move on to play the game in your new device.

Unfortunately when we uninstall the game or change the device all boosters got disappeared from game because its saved on your own storage not online anywhere.
Please use backup option from third party application next time.
