I think their team is still testing these features that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone. 🤔

1) With regards to missing Quests ---> Did you try to log out of the game -- close the App -- shut down your device -- and log back into your game after few hour and see if that works for you? This trick has always worked for me.
Also if you have both Facebook and Kingdom accounts, try switching your accounts -- this also helps sometimes.
2) With regards to "Messages" -- can you please explain what messages you are talking about? Is it the Lives and Beans we receive from our Friends? Are you logged into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account?
