Hi me again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

asked about having a plus 5 awarded to me and got the reply its added and you get it added with no notification on the next game . UTTER RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just been given a plus 5 lives and my game checked and had 18 moves ,failed the level and next go at it got 18 moves so all advice is B+ll++it

Hello @daving79, Your experience is atypical. Can you tell us which levrl you were playing when you expected to have +5 moves? And ensure that you played it on the same device on which you got the +5 booster awarded?

Hello @daving79 - I am sorry your +5 lives didn't show up. Did you get it thru the the Honey Harvest? You were given the correct info - usually when you win +5 lives it will immediately be added to the next level you play. In fact there have been suggestions made to change this so a player can determine when they want to use the +5 lives. So after you received the notice you got +5 lives, did it show up under the "Select Boosters" area before you actually played the level?

If it didn't show up, then there is a glitch in your game. You want to make sure you have the latest update of the game, cleared your cache and then restart whatever platform you are playing on and wait at least 10-15 seconds before restarting the game.

If the problem persists, then if possible, can you take a screenshot of the award of +5 and then a screenshot of the "Select boosters" to show it didn't appear and then contact Player Support to see if they can restore the +5 moves you didn't get.

- Open the game app

- Tap on the? mark

- Tap on My Game Progress

- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
