Unsuccessful purchase

I tried a few times to make purchases for additional coins. Apple showed successful purchase but the app showed unsuccessful purchase and thus no coins. Apple billed me for the 3 unsuccessful purchases.

Once I used up all my coins to purchase the additional power and halfway through the game it kicked me out and had to start again without any coins left and no power available.

I felt so cheated.

Can please do something about these?

    Don't worry! How about you tried these steps that I hope this helps :

    If it's still not worked, You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

    Hi and welcome to the community.

    You have to cobtact the player support for both Apple support as well as from our customer support.

    To contact us you need to go to settings of your game application and contact player support as they have your all purchase history so they will take a quick action in your favour.

    You may contact player support by this link.

    You may need your game id for that.

    Hello @Gaik27 and a very warm welcome to our Farmtastic Community. A similar thing happened to me one time. You need to go to Apple support to report a charge error and if you want a refund of your money. However if you just want the items you paid for, if you include proof that you were charged for the items, then send that along with your game ID to Player Support as mentioned above.

    Now that you have found the community - I encourage you to stay and explore, meet new people from around the world who share your love for the various King games, make new friends, get help on difficult levels, share tips and tricks you have picked up, enter contests and just have a lot of fun!
