is anyone else experiencing a problem with 123 Grow? It doesn't save any changes and keeps asking me to plant a new seed. Means I cant complete the task. :-(

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

By the way, this feature is still tested that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game.

@Queen64 I have the same. So there is a bug and nothing you can do. And if I understand @QueenB correct in my thread (in another problem about choo choo) queenb has informed the studio.

I´m not sure but maybe there is a way to completed if you want. That is to play levels and collect a lot of waterdrops and suns. I don´t know how many you need, but it is some days left so you can collect water and suns during several days and then give the seed all at one time. As I said not sure, and that is if the water and suns are counted as long as they not used.

Thanks. I tried the reinstall option suggested but still the same so agree must be a bug. I did think of saving up the water and suns to complete in one go and will try that. Not a big deal, just annoying. 😕

I've passed on the feedback to the studio and good idea to try in one go until this feature gets improved 😃👏

One thing @Queen64, did you try logging in and out of the game more than one time or did the duplicated 123 Grow event just appear? Also, which game app version do you have installed?

It just appeared. Each time it asked me to quench thirst etc it brought up a new request to plant a new seed. Each time any progress on previous seeds was wiped out and I ended up with 4 seeds with zero progress. At this point I gave up.

I was on V5.4 (.5?) but reinstalled to V4.6 which didn't solve the problem.

Yes the event has ended. It is Fantastic Fall now which is working fine. 😀
