Why when someone sends me 55 lives do I receive only 1? Only started since they updated Farm Heroes.

Why when someone sends me 55 lives (beans) I only receive 1. This has started only since they redid Farm Heroes. I did have over 300,000 beans and they went away. I wrote support but nothing. Now I am starting over on the beans and can not get them built up because of not receiving them. I used to have 9 pages of friends now I have only 1. They still play but are not on my friend list. So where did they go? Give me back the old Farm Heroes. It was the best!!!

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Missing Items" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

@Cherie_Dixon Hi and welcome, There was an issue with sending and receiving lives on all king games but this should have been fixed. Please see post below for complete information

Are you playing through Facebook? Facebook recently made changes and we need to re-accept permissions. So if you are, that will be why your friends are not showing. I have a post here showing how to check.
