How do I restore my level on Farm Heroes Saga?

I got a new iPhone yesterday and now I have lost all progress on my game. I was around level 2,500. I was connected to Facebook so I don’t know why I have gone back to level 1 even when I reconnect with Facebook. Please help!

@DBroeder Hi and welcome, Your are in the candy crush soda area but not to worry as it will get moved to thew correct place.

Please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then make sure you have signed in with correct details to see if this will resolve your issue

If you are still at level 1 try playing a level to see if this forces your game to sync

After following the suggestions from my colleagues, your game should be restored to your latest level. In addition, you should get back any gold bars you had on your old device because they are stored in your King account. However, please be aware that your other boosters are stored on your device locally and cannot be moved to your new iPhone. If you still have your old phone and did not delete the game from it, you can still play the game and use up all of your boosters that are stored on that device.
