Loading issues on PC

Hello, I have been playing farm heroes saga for a very long time on PC (windows 10) and for a month it has been impossible to connect (see image). What do I have to do ? Thank you. Anne

@parisanne Hi and welcome, Please check you de vice and browser are up to date and clear the browser cache entirely. restart your device and log back in and see if this solves your issue

If not try using a different browser to see if this still occurs

As you use a windows 10 PC you can download the game app from the microsoft store as this is a much more stable platform to play

As you're having loading issue of the game played via PC, please refer to the steps below in addition to Mr Freddy's recommendations.

Please first try the following steps:

• First of all, try playing in another browser (E.g if you are using Microsoft Edge for example, then try Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera and vice versa. Our games support Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox , Microsoft Edge and Opera.). 
• Now please visit this link for help in clarifying whether your browser is indeed all up to date.  If the browser is not up to date then simply click on the Update button to install the latest version. 
• You can also double-check on this page if your browser is optimized. Your browser should score at least 450 points, if it doesn’t then please look at the list above and download a different browser. Google Chrome is usually the most up to date and well maintained.
• I'd also recommend closing all extra tabs and other programs whilst you play as these can often negatively impact the browser performance. 
• Now make sure that you clear the cache regularly.
