Hi,
None of the King Games I play are opening anymore, it started with one but now all of them don't go past the loading screen. I've already tried all the trouble shooting tips but no luck, it's been like this for over a week already if I want to play a game on my laptop via Facebook, the mobile versions still work. I hope you can help me.

@Diana_de_S Hi and welcome, Please check you windows and browser are up to date and clear the browser cache entirely. restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
We do advise that the Windows 10 app is more stable to play on PC / Laptop and you can download from the Microsoft store

@Diana_de_S Hi have you tried using a different browser to see if you are still getting the same results, i have no issues with the game via facebook

Are you still having issues loading your games?
We are currently not aware of any big issues that are affecting the games at the moment, have you by any chance tried another game that is not a King game to see if the issue persists?
Do you also have installed the game app from Microsoft Store on your PC?

The games still don't work, I always play them via Facebook and would like to continue to do so.

@Diana_de_S Hi, As stated i have no issues with the game on facebook and clearing the cache will normally resolve any issues. if this is happening on all browsers i think only other thing i can recommend is deleting you browser and try make sure you download the latest version and install and try to see if this gives you any better luck

I am very sorry to hear that your game is having an issue on your computer.
Did you check what our Community In-charge has written above?
You said you are having this loading issue on all King games you play, right? So, did you try any other game that is not a King Saga game? If so, are those games loading without any issues?
