I played under the name of Chip and the the above happened. I got in touch with Apple and they said to delete app. I did this and then reinstated the app but it sent me back to level one.

If you don't mind, can you please answer few questions please...
1) Once you delete and reinstalled the App, did you receive your Gold Bars into the game - did the Apple Support able to help you with that?
2) Did you save the game before, either through Facebook account OR Kingdom account?
3) I understood that you are playing on a mobile device. By any chance, did you back up the game to the iCloud?

@Lawmarblue Hi and welcome, As your answers are no to all of the above you can only create a new game account and contact customer support to get your levels manually restored

I don’t seem to have saved the games anywhere, although I thought that I had saved them on Facebook. I had played over 2.000 games so don’t know where I go from here

I have already created a new account which is this one that has put me to level one ot two as it now happens

Do you remember which level you are supposed to be on? You mentioned 2000 but do you remember the exact level?
This way I can ask if Player Support can help manually restore your level like @Freddy_Falkner mentioned 😉

We see that you are playing on an Apple device so there might be some old data that needs to be deleted... Do you mind trying the following please:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device, install the game app back again and try connecting the game back to your Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
Hope this does the trick 😉
