My Community Level Dropped

Hello,

I've been active in the community for some time now and I was previously a Level 3 heading into Level 4 and eligible to be an Expert and access to the Backstage area. However, today when I logged in, I received a message congratulating me on becoming Level 2!

Where did my progress go?!

Thank you both so much for writing me back and explaining the change to me, I really appreciate it! Well, I'm definitely disappointed about the loss of points but fingers crossed that I can recoup those points with interactions and such.

Le sigh... time to make the donuts. 😣
