I cant download Farm Heroes Saga on my iPad.

I try to download the game and it wont download but can download other games fine.

    Can you please tell me what is your iPad model and the OS version. Also, when you try to download Farm Heroes Saga, which version is it showing?

    You said you were able to download other games without any issue. Are those King Saga games OR different ones?

    The OS Version is 9.3.5 (13G36)

    The version of the game that I try to download is 5.57.7

    These below are King Games:

    I can download "Candy Crush", "Candy Crush Jelly Saga", "Bubble Witch 2 Saga", "Bubble Witch 3 Saga", "Candy Crush Friends Saga", "Blossom Blast Saga", "Papa Pear Saga", "Alphabetty Saga", "Pyramid Solitaire Saga", "Diamond Diaries Saga", "Knighthood".


    I cant download "Candy Crush Soda Sage", "Farm Heroes Saga", "Pet Rescue Saga", "Farm Heroes Super Saga", "Diamond Digger Saga".


    Other games I can download

    Is the issue that you can't open the game, it doesn't load when you try to open it?

    Or is the issue when you try to download the app from App Store?

    Good morning,

    I have similar problems because when I try to click on PLAY to start the game it immediately turns off. I have this problem for one week. I always play on my Ipad. Can you say something about this problem? Thanks a lot

    Ok I finally got the game to download but now when I click play it just closes the app.
