Issue has not been resolved. Do not close Ticket. This problem started as of 4/19/21 and is still occurring. I am not at level 4015 using my old device. None of the bonuses received when play on my old device are syncing. I am loosing out! Suggestions from your initial response have been tried. But problem continues. Been playing for more than 5 years this sucks.

I'm sorry that you didn't solve your issue, but if you have a ticket opened with the Customer Support, may I suggest to write again mentioning the tkt number.

Don't worry and no need to be alarmed by receiving that email. It is the "automated way" of King Support informing us that, there was no action from your side. So, they will think that your issue was resolved.
Now, what you have to do is "Reply" to that email note itself and inform them that the issue is not resolved and you are still looking for their assistance.
** Start your response with that sentence itself (may be put it in bold - but not Capital letters).
You will be definitely helped 👍️ Since this is the weekend, I am not sure whether they work or not, but do not delay in sending your reply.
