123 Grow keeps resetting,bug?

I have a Samsung Galaxy 9. believe I have done all updates because it does not tell me there are updates to do. The only upside was getting a gift everytime I got to level 1 and 2 if I had a lot of water and sun.

I have an update regarding the resetting of the 1-2-3 Cropsie!

There was a glitch indeed with the feature and the Farm Studio is looking into the ways to correct it.

Hopefully, when we have the event again next time, it would all be fixed and we will have fun again 🤞 😃

Yet again I’m having this problem and it’s really bloody annoying! It only happens with the cropsie growing, not when it’s the animal growing version.

I've had two group members reporting issues as well.

@LeaC I know it's frustrating but try to keep words polite. It's frustrating for the studio when these bugs come up too and sometimes it's not a quick fix 😔

@Lady_Choo sorry, didn’t know that wasn’t a polite word. It’s always just been a very British way of complaining, but in a restrained way to me. It’s even used plenty in the Harry Potter books. Maybe a generational thing 🙂

I was having the issue some time back, but so far it's behaving itself.

Having the same issue here! When i close the game app and open it up later, the event resets itself and the growing goes back to the start again, losing all progress and water and sun cropsies spent! Very frustrating.

I'm on mobile, Android 11, and have the latest game update too.
