I get emails saying I’ve been given 50 gold bars, when I go to collect them they are not there. Where do I find them please.

    We will need your game ID as there might be a chance that you have more than one game ID which could be related to a game account you are not playing from.

    This is like a reminder that you have been given 50 Gold bars to play with which is still available.

    I think this might be the issue but I can confirm this when I have your Game ID.
