The Farm team has been working really hard to correct the issue with the missing Magic Beans when passing a new level.
The good news is that you should now start receiving your Magic Beans reward when passing a new level and we would like to thank you all for your patience and support while this got investigated.
If for any reason this is still persisting, please let us know the level in question, provide us your Game ID and we will look into it.

In order to help you may you please specify your type of device? Android,iOS, PC,Windows10 or Facebook or King.com
Did you update the game to the last version 5.62.4?

Again sorry about that! Did you play new levels and you got the Magic Beans?
For this kind of issue you have to contact the Customer Support from here at the bottom of this page "Contact Us " or from your device in the settings area. It's important to specify your device and all the details.
In your device click on the wheel icon on the top in the left side, Customer Care, problem with connection and rewards and then 'Contact Us " please specify all the details of your problem, the levels, your device and so on

I thought the missing beans issue was fixed but it is recurring. When I complete a level, Stars are awarded but magic beans are not. Reported this a few weeks ago and it seemed like it was fixed but with latest release of new levels, it started happening again. Playing FHS version 5.63.5 on Android 11 on Samsung S20 FE. Last level completed was 4205. See screenshot above - 2 stars, 0 beans.

An update for you⦠We have sent a complaint to our Farm In-charge as there were numerous complaints about the same (including me).
I have compared and noticed that, in some particular levels that we have not been receiving the Beans.
Like my friend @encantes mentioned above, please bear with us for 1 or 2 days more to find out whatβs going on.
From your first complaint, do you remember in which levels you have not received the Beans? And this time, was it only 4203 or there were others too?

Sorry don't remember which level I was at when I first noticed the issue but it was approximately level 4100. I did not notice the issue at all in Episode 157 but it has occurred on all levels in Episode 158 that I have completed.
