if you are aware of this ... please accept my sincere apologies

the past few days when collecting rewards a strange thing happened ... 2 rewards were ready for collection ... when one was selected it appeared that both were processed

example ... tried to collect "Win a level with 3 stars 3 times" ... expected to collect 250 beans

when you look at the "Come back soon for another quest " you can see that two collections were made and the timer is at 0:16 on two rewards

guess what? ... only 250 beans were collected ... the 1000 beans reward is floating somewhere out in the universe

this is a warning to other players ... when 2 rewards are available pick the most valuable reward(i.e. should have picked the 1000 beans ... doh!)

if this has been happening for years it would be nice to add a note to any help documents(I may have missed it ... please tell us where to find the warning)

I do not need a refund ... my friends send plenty of beans

Many, many times I have had two or three rewards to collect at the same time. Every time I have collected all of the rewards.

sorry if I was not clear ... this has happened a few times the past week

until then it worked fine(rewards could be collected one at a time when it was working properly)

this is just a warning ... something to look at when collecting rewards

it is possible I am the only one in the world that has this problem ... but I doubt that is the case

update ... one more test ... color collector and 250 beans were "collected" when the color collector was chosen ... guess what? ... the beans are now somewhere out in the universe

all tests thus far were done on a tablet

OK! Coming to the issue… I am sorry that you were missing out on Magic Beans! Like you said, you were one of 1000 players who spoke out OR you could be only one that is having this issue!

I never had this issue (until now) 🤞 and I have not seen any complaint by other players too. Not just here, but in any of my Facebook groups too 🤷

Even-though, you do not get impacted much by this glitch, it is better to give a heads-up to the Farm In-charge 👍 I am assuming that you were playing on your Tablet!

Will let you know if I have any updates!

Hi John, I didn't have problems with the Quests but I play only with my Android mobile and if I remember I received all the boosters.

May be I will take some screenshots to check beans and boosters!!!

Sometimes I have had issues with quests or events popping up more than once.

I think its glitchy sometimes, but worth checking out. Thank you 🙂

guess what? Today is Saturday ... and was able to collect 2 separate rewards today!

if the studio fixed this then the studio can declare a victory 🙂

if it fixed itself ... we may not know for sure if it will act up soon ... fingers crossed

Anyone find when they redeem a booster that another disappears without getting it? I save my time boosters to use when I have time free, and cash in beans upon earning. If I have a time saved and then cash in a beans, the time bonus is wasted and both tasks are replaced!
