Disappearing beans.

Help! All my beans disappeared overnight. I had a huge number that had built up over the years (I'm not sure of the exact figure) but when I logged on yesterday a message flashed up that I needed to get more beans. When I checked I only had 5 beans! Where have all my tens of thousands of beans disappeared to? I play on a Windows 10 PC using Google Chrome. My ID is 1042173676.

Can you try disconnecting the game from your Facebook/King account, close the game app, open it again connect the game back, and see if your Magic Beans appears?

Thank you for your suggestion Queen B. I deleted the game from Facebook and reinstalled it but it came back exactly as I left it. I think I shall stop playing as I will be unable to progress much further without my store of beans.

So I had Player Support have a look at your game and they have informed me that you do have some Magic Beans on your account.

I understand you're playing through the Facebook browser, correct? Have you by any chance tried a different browser? Do you happen to have access to Windows 10 on your PC?

If yes, could you try downloading the game from Microsoft Store, log in with your Facebook details and see how the game works?

Hello Queen B. I've done as you suggested and reloaded the game from Microsoft Store but it has made no difference really. My beans have increased from 5 to 3353 during the last few days but my original bean total has not been reinstated. I'm not sure what the original figure was but it was quite substantial. I think I will just have to accept that my beans have gone forever. Thank you for your efforts.

Thanks for getting back to me and I'm glad you gave Microsoft app a chance 🤗

Player Support is not able to find any issues and seeing that you're trying out the App version now, they will be sending you a goodwill gesture to your game 😉

Hopefully, you will have a better experience playing through the app rather than through Facebook.
