Reported fault 3 days ago as everyone else as back to level one which is a joke and even that now does not work? When will the fault be fixed?

I am on an I pad. I think I hit accept something. I am a senior and love game but not the most knowledgeable with tech stuff. Love your game and have been playing forever. Cannot start over

I am so sorry to hear that you lost your game progressĀ šĀ This was a glitch popped up with the latest update of the App. The Farm Studio is aware about the issue and working hard to fix the issue as soon as possible!
But, you do not need to worry. PleaseĀ try reconnecting the game app back to your Facebook or King account and see if the progress comes back. You can find more info on how to get your progress backĀ HEREĀ (šļøĀ Green lettered link).
If you have any issues OR not able to restore your level progress, please post back and let me know. You can simply type your reply in the blank box given below to my comment.

One would think they could at least agree on why it's our own fault... They told me I shouldn't keep so many boosters, as it's always possible for them to get lost. And then they advised me to update to prevent this from happening again, even though it's an update that caused this problem and I have the latest update.

Why are the moderators here telling us to contact customer service if they know they aren't going to do anything about it? You could at least spare us the energy and false hope by telling us they aren't willing to do anything about it.
