    I lost hundreds of boosters after the 5.73 update on Feb 8 2022. King games contacted me saying the issue had been resolved but I still don’t have the boosters

    Id 7693073579. I lost all boosters after 5.73 update. Support emailed Me issue is resolved. But I still don’t have the boosters. Logged in and out. Nothing works.

    Hi @Mildred_2_2 and @Tammy999 the issue should now be resolved, make sure you are updated to the latest version and if they have not sent you any as compensation, you would need to contact player support HERE. I hope this helps 🙂

    Hi, anyone who has not had their progress restored and who hasn't had the boosters compensation, make sure your app is updated, get your player ID from the profile within the game and contact player support HERE who should be able to deal with it as they can access your details that we can't here 🙂

    FYI - if you lost boosters that you did not purchase, you will not be getting them back.

    I lost hundreds of boosters due this “update”. So, I will no longer be playing. Why would I continue to invest time in a game when I cannot trust its stability and/or when the game acts faulty, reconciliation is not available?

    Hello, How do you know which version you are playing? I play on a computer, via facebook. THe dayly boosters do not reset anymore. This is so frustrating!

    I still haven't received the lost boosters. The tutorials for each and every level is still coming on. I have version 5.76.1 on my ipad mini 5 running OS15.3.1.

    I have turned the game off and on. logged in and out. Checked for newest version through the app store which shows the game installed is current. What else am I supposed to do? I even received an email from customer service stating that the boosters issue has been fixed?

    Please provide us with your Game ID and the level you are supposed to be on and we'll pass this on to Player Support so they can manually restore your game progress.


    Open the game app and tap on the 3 lines 👇

    Tap on My Profile 👇

    Now you double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear and reveal your Game ID.

    I have the same problem.Allready contacted support...and became instructions how to return all boosters.....but nothing...I still didn't get them back....sent another meil...no answer 😭😭😭

    That's exactly what has happened to me. I read somewhere that only purchased boosters are being returned. I hope not because if its true I will never watch another commercial again. I may not even play this again.
