This issue IS NOT SOLVED. I lost hundreds of Boosters, got 10 back which is nothing compared to what I collected over the years. The last update made the game so much worse, it‘s really a pity.

I agree. I'm so tired of those stupid tutorials at the beginning of every level. Never got boosters back.

I'm done with this game and probably all the king games. I watched sooooo many commercials to get boosters. No more.

My lost boosters have still not been returned. I inquired on Feb. 4 re the Feb. 3 incident. My game ID number is 2634327174. There were over 200 boosters removed. Let’s go!

Very sorry to hear you have been affected but this and when you say you have inquired on Feb.4, did you report this to our Player Support team through the game app like this:

When you open the game app, select the 3 lines on the bottom left corner and select Customer Care:

Choose the following issue:

Scroll down until you can see Contact Us and fill in the details:
