level 3062 problems

I am not able to complete this level because whenever I use tractor, I end up with 'you failed' even if there are more moves left. Very strange because 'You failed' pops up right away, and I can see it playing the move in the background. It happened about 7 times now. Always with tractor. Anyone has a solution for this? Thank you.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issue in level 3062!! Is this the board you have?

I have not heard or seen any other complaints about this level!! Hence, I am not sure what's going on with your game!! Will you be able to post a screenshot (a video recording would be even better) of the issue when it happens next time?

A question!! When you use your Tractor booster, is it being deducted from your saved stock OR as soon as you click on the booster, the game says "you lost"?

Which device are you using to play the game? And can you check which version you have right now? If you click on the "Gear icon / Cog wheel", you will be able to find the version number

It looks like the glitch is gone. I only tried once (out of tractors). If it happens again, I'll send all the info.

Our Farm In-charge has informed me that the Farm Studio team is aware about this issue! So, their suggestion (for now - until the bug is fixed) for us is to play without using the Tractor Boosters!

Apparently, that is good work-around as you have tried it too 👍️

Once the glitch is fixed, I will update you 🙂
