my game crash a lot after playing a few levels! The screen gets darker and after playing I can’t continue playing if I don’t restart the game!

I am very sorry to hear that your game is crashing in middle of playing 😕 Can you please give me few details to understand the issue in more detail....

1) Which device are you using to play the game;

2) What is the App version you have right now;

3) When did your game started crashing? Is it after receiving the "New Bonnie" feature?

4) Is it crashing when you are in middle of playing a level OR after finishing the level and the winning score being displayed?

Thanks for the quick feedback! About your questions I let you in the same order as follows:

1) Which device are you using to play the game;

iPhone 11 pro max

2) What is the App version you have right now;

last version (update today)

3) When did your game started crashing? Is it after receiving the "New Bonnie" feature? 

Since I started playing a week ago

4) Is it crashing when you are in middle of playing a level OR after finishing the level and the winning score being displayed?

it crash between levels. I finish a few levels and suddenly it crash as it shows on the images I sent you before. I can finish that level but I can’t continue playing so I have to restart the game

Thank you for letting us know about this issue you are having! I've passed this on to Support and see if this could be an issue, and in the meantime, we would like to suggest trying to reinstall the game app to see if that helps.

This will mean that you might lose all your saved boosters and lives (if you use iCloud, these might get stored, but we can't guarantee that) however, your game progress should be fine as long as your game is backed to either a King or Facebook account.

If it helps, get back to us with your Game ID, and we'll make sure you get compensation for the trouble 😉
