From Last few Days Unable to login.
There was a Connection Error . Try Again in a bit
Tried by Cache Clear, Reinstall. Please Help .

But I can't also receive the new events like right now is happening the events but I can't
Hello how are you? Yes I tried to logg in to Facebook from the laptop but it's not loaded in the app .when I was logg in there is a msg pop up "the game is taking too much time"

Do you have a laptop that you can play the game? If so, can you log into Facebook and open Farm Heroes Saga? Then, play or replay a level -- go back to Map screen and see if the Daily Bonus kicks in.
Some players are experiencing this... until they play a level, the Daily Bonus wouldn't pop up!! And for some players, the Daily Bonus did not pop-up until they win a level!
May be you can try this on your mobile device too and see if it works π

Our Farm Community Manager has been checking the issue you have been having and she found that you are now connected to the game. I am very happy to hear that π
Regarding missing Quests --> Many players who have latest App version are missing Quests for some reason. It looks like it will be a while to get them back.
With regards to the Daily Bonus --> Let me ask our Farm In-charge and get back to you ποΈ

I was in touch with@ Pummy Raj . Ahe told me every thing and I did everything but still can't receive daily rewards and events

This gives the app a fresh start and can help fix issues.
It seems that you no longer can clean the entire phone cache from newer versions of android @PummyRaj Which is the one thing that made it better than apple.

Can you please show me a screenshot of the pop-up you are seeing? How long have you been experiencing it?
** Did you try to open the game on a different device and check if you are able to play on it? If so, are you having the same issue or able to play without any issues? If you have not tried yet, can you please do so and let me know?
** You said you are not able to log-in for past few days! Are you not able to collect the Daily Bonus too? Please show me a screenshot of your game map too.

From the Wednesday I am having this issue.yes I have I have tried on different device.i am using Android
On different device same thing is happening.i can't receive daily bouns as well as Beaver workshop

I have heard back from our Farm Community In-charge. She looked and they have not seen other complaints regarding the connection issue!
Usually, this issue will be resolved when we uninstall the game and clear the cache then reinstall the App. But, since it has not brought any luck to you, our In-charge has informed me to redirect you to the King Customer Support team.
Since, there is no specific option for "connection issues", we are advised to click on any one of the topics, so that you can access the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of each page.
Please file a complaint and wait. You will be receiving an automated message as an acknowledgement (do not delete this email as it can be used for further discussions). An agent will be contacting you within 3 days. Once they get in touch with you, they are usually very quick and much helpful. But, they could be backed up with more complaints.... Hence, I request you to please be patient and don't lose hope π
By any chance, if they did not contact you even after 4 days, please come back here and let us know π₯
Hope the connection issue gets resolved and you will be able to play your game again in no time π€ποΈ

Hi, I'm wondering how I can find out which team I belong to and how teams help each other, I guess I just haven't figured it out yet. π€
Anyone any ideas on how to complete this level. Been on it for what seems like weeks and cannot do it and I have used all my helps.
Playing level 6868 and just purchased 55 extra moves with 9 precious gold bars that I purchased. After a few moves, the game quit on me. The screen flashed, the game closed and when I reopened the game it had reset the level. I also lost my Bonnieβs Boosters. I was at the highest amount of Bonnieβs Boosters. They wereβ¦
Can anyone tell me why all of a sudden I only get 5 extra goes for gold bars when I used to get 55 goes, when you are in the 6000 + 5 goes for the difficult games is just not enough, I am already paying enough for gold bars, this reduction in goes is just not fair to us that have played for years and spent such a lot ofβ¦
Aside from allowing you to Simply play the next level, and perhaps buy some shovels when you don't have any left, what exactly is the point of being able to accumulate so many of these if you can't use them at all? Just get rid of them if you're not going to allow us to use them for something useful. It's borderlineβ¦
