I was discussing with our Farm In-charge regarding the issue in your game. She wants you to reinstall the game again. but, by following these below steps..
1) Turn off WiFi on your device --> Delete Farm Heroes Saga App --> Go to "Storage" and clear the cache;
2) Now, delete the Facebook App from your phone (if you have it installed);
3) Next, you need to go to Settings on your device --> then App Management --> choose FHS app and Clear Cache and Data;
4) Shutdown your device for about 10-15 minutes and turn it on. Then, connect to "WiFi" and clear cache again;
5) Finally, open the game and select "Connect", this should open a Google Chrome window for you to sign in to Facebook or you can connect to your King account by selecting the orange icon;
6) Once you're back in you can reinstall the Facebook app if you like ๐
NOTE: Please make sure that you are sitting in an area where you have strong WiFi signals... ("Mobile Data" is not recommended to follow these steps).
