Can this Error be cleared from my game?

I get this every time I go from one screen to the game map on my tablet and it's very irritating!! There's no problem with my internet connection. I do play on two devices (my Android phone and on a tablet) and I read somewhere that this may be happening because I already claimed this reward on my other device. So that may be the case but can this just be cleared from my game so I don't get it anymore? My game ID is 1187947051. Thank you!

    OMG - I just posted about the same thing happening to me - its so annoying. I hope we can both get it fixed.

    Me too...and I'm glad you mentioned you don't want to uninstall and reinstall too because I don't want to do that either. Every time I do that I lose things...boosters, quests, etc. They should have a way to clear this without us having to do that. They should also fix the bug altogether from occurring in the first place!

    Few farmers have been experiencing this glitch in their games for no particular reason!! Our Farm In-charge has enquired about it with the Farm game Studio and they are still figuring out on a fix for this.

    Yes! There is no problem with your internet! And no, you do not need to reinstall your game App, because, it is not a bug in your games but just a glitch!!

    Thank you for confirming that you are using an Android device. If you clear the cache and data on your Farm Heroes Saga App, the pop-up should clear up!!

    If you do not know how to, please try these steps --> Go to "Settings" -- Select "Apps" and open it -- From the list, select Farm Heroes Saga and press on it for 2 seconds -- You should be able to see "Storage" tab -- You should see this below screen


    See if you can clear cache on your total device also! I do not have that feature on my phone. Now, turn off your device for 5 to 10 minutes and open your game again. Check if the pop-up cleared or still comes up!!

    I found the directions here - I cleared the cache but not the data because I got a warning it would clear everything from the game - and that sounded like all of my boosters. turned off and then back on but still there - and since I don't want to lose all my boosters I don't want to try clearing the data unless someone can tell me for sure it doesn't

    Thanks @PummyRaj, that did work as far as clearing the issue, however unfortunately I did lose two of my Quests, my boosters, and my progress in 1-2-3 Grow restarted, I had gotten to at least three leaves. Very disappointing. There has to be a better way to fix this bug....a glitch IS a bug to me.

    @eugene I think that's why I lost things, because I selected Clear Data. I really didn't mean to as I wasn't playing close enough attention, but here we are...so I wouldn't suggest doing it personally.

    Btw I think Quests do come back in time, it's happened before, but pretty sure my boosters and progress in 1-2-3 Grow won't return to what it was.

    I lost all my boosters before when I had to uninstall and reinstall on my computer so that is why I was leary

    anyway to get rid of the glitch without loosing all the boosters?

    you can clear the cache but not the data. clearing the data clears all the boosters etc.

    I am so sorry to disappoint you! At present, there is no other solution... until the Farm Studio clears out this glitch, we will have to bear this annoying pop-up ๐Ÿ˜ถ

    The Farm Queen did send a report to the Studio about 2 weeks ago. We have yet to hear from them!

    @PummyRaj it's happening again to me on this latest round of Harvest Rush and I'm beyond frustrated. So its going to do this on one of my devices every time there's a Harvest Rush where you win rewards... I'm not going to clear data every time and lose so many things each time, so it's not a great solution for me. Not a good look for this game.
