Lost all boosters after changing phone

Hi, I switched phones and had all my progress saved in Farm Heroes. I got back to my level, but all my boosters are gone! I had dozens of them. Not cool. How can I get them back?

Actually, this is not an issue but, it is how the game works!!

When we install our game on a new device, only the progress and Gold Bars will be transferred but not our saved boosters and the lives we have received!! It is because, both the boosters and the gifts received from our friends are stored on our device local memory. Whereas the Gold Bars and game progress are saved to the game server.

But, your boosters are not lost unless you have deleted the game from your old device. Continue playing the game on your old device and use up all the boosters before you delete the App.

Just out of curiosity, was it an iPhone? When I've upgraded to a new iPhone, I use the transfer data app between phones and this saves my boosters and what not... Sorry for your troubles!!

No, I switched from Android to Android. I still have the old phone so I'm using up the boosters there, but will then have to power up all over again when I switch to playing on the new phone.

Unfortunately, this is one drawback when we change our devices…. Not just mobile devices but, it is the same with laptops too!!

Even-though you are playing your game on old phone, make sure to log in everyday on your new phone also and collect the Daily Bonus boosters! You will be surprised to see how many boosters you will accumulate within a month 🤩

It shouldn't 🤔 I have apple and on each device it starts again. I also have a friend who has every apple device going and he has the game on each device specifically because the boosters don't transfer across so he can build up a lot and play the levels he is stuck on, on each device to make it easier 😂

mad @PummyRaj said it's saved in the memory not the game. The only exception would be the saved ones, but even then you'd likely need to request help from player support to readd them.

The good thing is you can use them up on the old device if you have it still as you've found @gkhouri 🤗
