No longer getting free lives or beans

I’m having issues receiving free beans and lives from farm friends. I’ll see a message and it’s a life from myself (which of course doesn’t count). I’ve updated my app, uninstalled then reinstalled, and cleared cache. It’s happening on both devices which are both IOS devices with updated versions of firmware. Any advice?

We are sorry for your problem, I have an Android mobile and it happened to me 2 or 3 times to have received lives or beans from myself, but I have just closed the app and reboot my mobile and everything was fine. One time I accepted the beans from myself and everything was 👌
In order to help you always receive lives/beans from yourself or it happens rarely?
You play with a iOS mobile, can we have your game ID?

Since you mentioned you're playing on an iOS device, I believe some old data might be stuck with your Facebook connection. In this case, we recommend clearing the Safari cache, and this is how you do it:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and connect the game to your Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
