I Can’t Move On to the Next Level

I am trying to move to the next level and I can’t. I still have life, but when I try to move forward it says I need to request life from my friends. See attachments. I still have over 12 minutes worth of life.

Sorry for the delayed response @Lady_Choo, I am,still in the kitchen cooking for a second Thanksgiving dinner with family. I did turn it off, but it still didn’t work. I’ll try is again later tonight.

Oh my, I thought I sent this post yesterday afternoon, but it is still sitting here. Anyway it is working now.
