I'm afraid reinstalling the game app is the only way to solve this issue sine replaying did not help, if you have neem playing connected to facebook or King account, you should get your progress as soon as you install it back and sync the game.

So you can see Pummy Raj the Superstar has noticed all of the players already (shown black blank word is important) who has asked this problem (You can check again on my previous answer) :
Please re-play these levels and see if those boosters get unlocked. If they don't, the only remedy we have left is to reinstall our game. But, please be aware that, there is a chance of losing those saved boosters. But, since they are locked, I am not sure if they will be saved or lost!

After updating the game your game will be as it is. There are not any changes after upadate. Don't Worry. But please Don't Uninstall The Game. update from your store.
to unlock booster your have to play 👇
Level 5 to unlock shovel
Level 8 to unlock tractor booster;
Level 13 to unlock +1 bonus;
Level 23 for hunter (
Level 31 and Level 72 for Others.

Note that this is something the studio is aware of and currently working on finding a fix but the problem is that we haven't been able to reproduce this issue so it seems to happen on certain devices which we do not have enough information on.
The good thing with Farm Heroes Saga is that there is always something happening in the game and rewards being given when you take part on special events and complete Quests. Do you get access to these special events sometimes?
If yes, then you will start collecting boosters in no time and if you have lost items that you have purchased yourself, then please contact Player Support so they can help:
Open game app and tap on settings
Tap on "Customer Care"and select "Purchases and Gold Bars"
Then scroll all the way down and tap on "Contact Us" and explain what happened.
