My game doesn't sync up

I've been playing awhile now so I'm up there in levels. Now I was playing Farm Hero's the other day on my laptop when I kept getting the error message can't login. Well that sort of went away and so did my syncing laptop to phone. And I played the same level on my phone just to catch up to my laptop. Any suggestions.

    I had a fb but it got hacked a few weeks back and I think that's where all the trouble started. FB is still investigating it. And I'm level 824 on my phone the laptop level is level 819. And I am a member of the king community. I would like to know how to sync them up.

    @banditop you should still be able to sync your Facebook account with a King account, check it out here.

    Not sure if it will work if your Facebook account is not active but so try. If not, then create a King account and let me know when that has been done so I can ask Support to manually restore your game on your King account.

    Ok I went to the account area and it said it was password protected, I typed my password in and checked it and it was the correct password but it still wouldnt let me. Im getting very frustrated at this. and it also said that I would have to login into my fb account. Well since fb hasnt given me the green light I cant do that either. and this is another reason I havent played my other king games.Now someone needs to help me. I dont feel like playing the same game or levels on 2 or 3 different devices. Its not fair.

    @Queen B I even tried to sync it with my phone. I have a king.com account. I wouldn't be able to post anything without one. Sorry just so frustrated. Any help will be appreciated.

    @banditop, I get your frustrated so may I have your Game ID and see if there is anything Player Support can help us with?

    Oh, and which level are you supposed to be on your King games?

    Hi @lbhuyser!

    Have you made sure that the game on your iPad is connected to your Facebook or King account so your progress can sync?

    If yes, what does it say when you're trying to connect the game?
