I've reported this to the studio so it is being looked at.. In the meantime, can you check if you have game app version 5.47 available in your App Store?

If one speaks of a card, it means when you come into the game and see all the levels. The view of the map used to be different. That is what it means and not the game.

I go through the map in the order it provides. Although, sometimes I’ll go back to other levels to better the scores and what not. But again, the glitch is completely random and does it regardless of it being a new level or repeat level.
And yes it persists even after force closing the app. Also persists after deleting and reinstalling.
My apologies, I just realized my wording in my OP makes the issue a bit confusing. It happens when starting a NEW GAME. Not specifically a NEW LEVEL. I attached a more recent screenshot from yesterday of the issue still happening.

I've passed this to the game team so they can have a closer look. One more question, do you happen to have the new game map or the old one?
It’s completely random. New level old level, doesn’t matter.

When I click to play a new level and it takes me to the board, two of the tabs from the Home Screen stay on the the screen obstructing view of part of the board. Since I can’t collect those crops it makes me fail the round causing me to lose that life.
No such luck with updating it. I always try to keep all of my apps as up to date as possible.
Are you able to see the screenshot I posted?

You mean Farm Heros and you landed on Super Farm Heros. A completely different game. Why did you have to restart? Was the game hanging and stuck? If you restart it, you will lose a life. That's right. You get a new life every 15 minutes. Please keep your game up to date. Check for updates and clear the cache and restart. Then you are on the safe side!!
