Anyone else play on a desktop and having trouble connecting? These past few weekends, every time I try to connect to any King.com game, I get a error message "You have experienced an error that we are trying hard to fix." I'm playing on a desktop most of the time. No problem playing on the cell phone though. Why is there an issue with the desktop? There are several games that I play, it's not just one. Candy Crush, candy crush saga, farm heros, candy crush jelly

Are you playing on a PC with which window function? Do you still have window 7? Because Window 7 is no longer unsupported and the Flash Player is no longer supported at the end of this year. I am using Windows 10. I play through the facebook link. It's easier and less cluttering on my desktop than downloading each individual game through the Windows App store. I'm wondering if it may be due to the King.com websites being overly busy and I just can't get on. I noticed I didn't have any trouble this morning at 4:30am, but am having trouble again now, later in the day.

You are playing the browser version. Yes, there are always problems. If you download the apps you will have no problems. The flash player will be turned off this year and you will no longer have access to the games. Some games have already been converted to HTML5. You are welcome to try another browser. Please try Opera, as it is still the browser version supported.

Firefox there it hangs and there are always problems. In OPERA you come into the game earlier because it supports the games even better. I think you have to rethink and use the app. You have no more problems. Please try it out. There is also Google Chrome. I then concentrated on the apps and can only recommend it !!
