A few times over the year I thought to myself, 'well, where did my prize go?' and just moved on, now I think I've found out why.
I still have an old version of FHS on my Facebook page, and out of curiosity I logged on to it this morning for the first time in ages. I had masses of boosters on there, 12 tractors, about 12 dogs, 2 +5s and doubled-up shovels!
Do you think this is where my missing rewards have gone? If so, how do I stop it please?
I play my game on KING Games room, not Facebook.
Any advice would be most appreciated π

I had to quit this event because it kept glitching. It would put a sheep in a hay filled square and it wouldn't move. So I just let it go...

Yes, these boosters might be the ones you are missing but as we've mentioned before, King doesn't support Facebook Game Room so our recommendations is to play through Facebook browser, mobile device or through Windows 10 app if you have it installed on your PC.

Yes I do play on the latest game for windows 10 app, and sign in to my KING account.
My point was that as I've failed to remove the defunct old version of the game on Facebook, some of my rewards may have been sent to it.
I plan to use up the boosters on the old/unused game, and remove the FB app altogether, hopefully that will solve the problem.
