@Rita_Gaioso Did your popup looked like the picture I put in here. Maybe not exactly like that but similar. Mine has text in swedish. It says that you have got to the golden egg event. Here is your golden key. Then it says the date it starts.
If it did. That shows that you will get the golden egg event. It will start januari 4. It will show up where you usually have your event. So you have to wait a couple of days before it starts.
@Selim99 It sounds you had the popup that usually comes before. That you have to play a couple of levels and you only have a couple of days to do that.

Hello @Rita_Gaioso and Welcome to our farmtastic community! The Golden Key is a reward for passing three levels during the event time. The key is your entry into the Golden Egg event. In addition you will receive one hour of unlimited lives starting on January 4 at 06:00 EST when the Golden Egg begins. Until then, keep farming!.

Has anyone had the pop up and then been told they didn't complete even though they have? I am hearing reports on facebook.

Just few hours ago I received the popup that I got in the Golden Egg event starting January 4th. I opened the app game again and everything is ok. I play F.H.S only with my Android mobile.

Just now I opened again my app game and you are right, this is the screenshot of it the translation is: still no golden egg! If you don't get it, you cannot enter in the henhouse. End: Jan 4th.
Yesterday I played 3 new levels, so I'm qualified for the Golden Egg, I guess is a glitch but I will updated you January 4th.

I completed at least ten new levels, so I should have qualified. The pop up said I only needed to complete three. I then had a bouncing blue box open every time I started playing over the course of a couple of days, but nothing came out. It's stopped appearing, so I guess I won't be getting a key, even though I qualified.
