Not getting Choo Choo Challenge rewards

Hi, is anyone else failing to get Choo Choo Challenge rewards?

I finally got the quests and events back and I have the CCC event in my main game but I’m not getting the rewards in the present boxes. I’m am getting the farm pass rewards though.

    Hi @LeaC!

    What happens when you're trying to accept the rewards? These rewards are not the rechargeable ones, right? The next time you get a box, can you take a screenshot of it and post it here so I can have a look at the reward it is not paying out?

    Hi @QueenB as you can see my next box was after the rancid level, offering a +1 and tractor. You can see I finished the level with 12 tractors and 7 +1s. So the next game should have 13 & 8 right? But as you can see it’s unchanged when I opened the next level. The times are different though. It says 99 on the board and 00 on the box. Does that mean it’s over but it’s still appearing on my board for some reason?

    I think that something is changed on your game. Cho cho challenge is expired and you have, like me, a new additional game, may be the new one instead of the Honey Harvest. The prizes that you have on the fourth screenshot are of the new game.I've just received a pop up about this and is the same of your third screenshot, is called " cold season" I hope is a right translation:

    When I have reported it, we were thinking it could be a glitch only on my game, right? I am glad that there are other players who are experiencing the same!

    Hopefully, now the Studio can take look at it!!! Fingers crossed 🀞


    P.S: Lea, not glad that you are having the issue! Heard that when only few players are having issues in the game, Studio won't look at them as it could be glitch on our side!

    As @encantes and @PummyRaj mentioned, this is a bug that has been reported and it's currently being looked at. There seems to be an issue with some pop-ups getting delayed so and events showing up which are not live so we do apologize for this behavior.

    Farm Pass however should is live so I'm happy to hear that is working as it should πŸ˜‰

    @QueenB This whit crazy choo hoo that is the same that I have got from time to time and written about. But the last ones had been alright so I thougt that it was fixed.

    @QueenB Maybe if they found the solution to the others it might even fix this. Because even this whit crazy choo choo is about time.
