Trouble signing in to King account... ugh!

A few days ago while playing Farm Heroes the four players I was gathering honey with simply disappeared. So I waited 3 days and it hasn't come back so I thought perhaps I'll try logging out then back in to see if that helps. But now I can't even sign back IN to my King accounts. (pics below) When I press the big green "LOG-IN" button nothing happens. I followed the prompt circled in the first screen shot below and up popped up the box with green button (also circled below in the 2nd screen shot. Please help! I fear I've lost all my progress. I play the original Farm Heroes often and Bubblewitch 2 rarely. Player Name Snagglepuss.

You need to contact our player support for such issues.

Email them from HERE and remember to choose 'Game didn't save' as the topic and use the same email address that you use to login on the site.

Rather than repeat myself PLEASE would you re-read my question above. I can't sign in to my game of Farm Heroes. Thanks again! 😥💔 (the screen shots I included will help.)

@Snagglepuss Hi and welcome,

Try checking your device and browser are up to date, clear the cache from your app store. restart your device and then try clicking log on to existing account and see if this resolves your issue.

What @kiara_wael is trying to explain is each game has its own forum so you better off in the correct forum as there may be others experiencing the same issue

I've cleared my cache, tried resetting my password and all it does is sit there. I can't log in and it's really frustrating! Any help would be appreciated!
