I keep getting the "Connection Lost" message when watching ads to get additional moves.
Sequence is as follows
1. Use up all moves
2. Get option to watch ads to get more moves
3. Watch first ad. All good.
4. Attempts to show second ad but immediately get the "Connection Lost" message and immediately returned to level.
This is occurring in my home about 5m from my modem, all other computers have no connection issues. WiFi connection shows good on my phone and no issue with any other app.
We have reported it to the Studio, and we're sure they are going to find a fix soon.
As our marvelous Game Mods say, having as much information as possible will help the Studio team in their investigation:

I'm so sorry that you have an issue with your connection! If you are playing with your mobile, may you please try to switch your connection from wifi to data and check if is solved.
If you are playing with your Pc, try to clear the cache, switch off your device for 5 mnts and disconnect your internet connection. Restart your device and if the problem remains it's possible to have a screenshot of the lost connection, your device model and if is Windows10 or iOS.ππππ

Hi, im having the same problem!
I keep getting the "Connection Lost" message when watching ads to get additional moves. I can watch the first add, but that's it. After that connection lost...
- This started with the last update.
- I've trued WI-FI and data, problem remains.
- There's a second person at my place with a equal mobile and with the same Internet connection and does NOT have this boring problem.
Sending a print screen of the error.

I play the game on my android phone. I have even restarted my mobile and I still get the same message being displayed.
This is not a WiFi connection issue, this is a bug in the game.
I have tried different WiFi connection and even using data. Same issue. First ad plays, second ad IMMEDIATELY puts up the Connection Lost message.
All other apps I have on the phone have no issue with the network connection.

Kevin I know you have an Android
If you play through your Pc may you please try to change your browser and check if is working, maybe try Opera.
If you don't solve we will report the issue to the Farm Studio!
