    There are other players with your same problem, in order to help you may you specify your type device, Pc, mobile, Android iOS or Windows10.

    We have already reported the issue to the Farm Studio but we have to wait until next week when the staff is on duty.

    As soon as I did the update I started getting same issue. It’s clearly a Farm Heroes issue. My Apple IPhone is having same issue as others. It’s taking away from the game and it’s to the point over 900 levels in I’m going to look for something else. Disappointing.

    my version is 5.58.5, i'm playing with my mobile android. Tried wifi and data, the problem remains.

    Hello Farmers!

    We have reported it to the Studio, and we're sure they are going to find a fix soon.

    As our marvelous Game Mods say, having as much information as possible will help the Studio team in their investigation:

    • Which device are you playing on?
    • Which game version are you using?
    • Do you remember which ad you were watching when it happened?

    We'll keep you posted!
