When going for extra moves, I get a "lost connection" message after I've watched the first add

After watching first add it reports connection error and than I get only 2 extra moves insted 5. Please help.

J'ai le même problème, pas de coups supplémentaires, visionnage de la 1 ère pub puis "connection perdue", contact service client mais réinstaller le jeu, vider les caches, rien ne corrige le but, pouvez vous essayer de corriger cela, je suis au niveau 3547,merci
